The internal medicine-based critical care medicine fellowship is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). It is a two-year fellowship leading to board eligibility in the subspecialty of critical care medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

The structure of the fellowship reflects the philosophy of critical care medicine at Dartmouth. Our approach is truly multidisciplinary, allowing for an experience that encourages a complete exposure to the full spectrum of critical care medicine.
